How does the CoMET foster IACMI member success and strengthen U.S. manufacturing?

“NLR’s CoMET facility and staff support multiple energy sources and composite industries to advance materials and manufacturing research. Our work delves into new materials and processes for lowering the cost of energy while promoting domestic manufacturing. Recent research outcomes from the CoMET include new resin systems for large composite structures and innovative automated manufacturing processes. The CoMET is also a workforce development training facility to train workers in composite processes for domestic manufacturing. I welcome inquiries from those who want to discuss research collaboration opportunities with the CoMET.”
