IACMI Consortium Council

The IACMI Consortium Council is vested with the authority to manage the activities and affairs of the IACMI Consortium. The Council, working with the Collaborative Composite Solutions Corporation (CCS) Board of Directors and IACMI Staff, approves strategic plans, annual budgets, technical plans, projects, and IACMI management practices. The Council examines the operational status of ongoing IACMI projects including indicators such as progress versus milestones and schedules, resource capacity, and resource availability. The Council reviews the pipeline of proposed new projects and other IACMI opportunities. These reviews result in tactical decisions and resource adjustments to optimize the flow of the overall IACMI project portfolio.

*IACMI is managed by CCS, a not-for-profit organization established by The University of Tennessee Research Foundation. CCS is a partnership of industry, universities, national laboratories, and federal, state and local governments working together to benefit the nation’s energy and economic security by sharing existing resources and co-investing to accelerate innovative research and development in the advanced composites field.
